It all started with a pig.  

Just days before my 40th birthday I decided to throw a party and roast a pig in the back yard with the help of my handsome husband and our sweet friend Carlos who actually owns a pig roaster!

It was a great way to ring in a new decade and I decided that this was the year I was going to do things I have always wanted to do but fear and procrastination got the best of me.  This blog is just the beginning.
